Paid for express shipping in 2-4 business days and my order has still not arrived. Have sent emails and just get the same answer, it’s in transit with excuses that there are delays in shipping due to the current global situation but I can see that they arrived in WA on the 2nd March.
Have bought in the past but this will be the last time as I will buy another brand next time
The worst customer service I’ve ever had. Terrible communication, awful service and a shocking delivery timeline. Over 2 months to get these shitty socks made for 3 dollars in China! Do not buy!!!
DO NOT buy here!!!!! I ordered my socks and they took 4 months of back and forth with customer service for something to be sent. They were not helpful, being told by email 3 times that they’d arrived when they hadn’t. They also said after 3 months that they would send a free extra pair, and you can probably guess that they didn’t. The socks that arrived are average at best, and were way too overpriced. Never shopping here again

My order has still not been delivered after 17 days of being purchased. I have ordered from this website before and my order was delivered in about 5 days. Can i please get an estimated time of arrival.
The socks are not true to size. I weara US8 and bought the 5-7 and they are still too big
Very poor customer service. I've written this review for the other item I ordered in this interaction but reiterate here.
I discovered almost immediately after I placed the order that the size of the item had reset when I changed the quantity. Obviously, it was the wrong size and I contacted the company immediately (literally within minutes of the order).
They responded by saying "once it's in the warehouse, we can't do anything to change or cancel the order." Rather, they WON'T do anything because they had at least two days to get the warehouse to do something but choose not to.
Their return policy is also absurd since, even though the delivery was from Sydney, I would have had to return them to the UK, which would have cost me over half the original order value.
Simply ridiculous!!
Socks are good. Customer service not. I discovered an error in the order just after I placed the order (literally within minutes). I immediately emailed them to cancel or change the order (sock sizes were wrong; the system reset the size when I changed the quantity). They said they could do nothing "once the order in the warehouse". And sure enough...they did nothing.
Also, their return policy is WORTHLESS. I live in Perth, Australia. The order was shipped from Sydney. But I would have had to pay international shipping to return them to the UK. Ridiculous!!

bought 4 pairs on September 9, after a few emails saying warehouse issues, on October 10th I was told it is out of stock, even though the website shows in stock, so...
Decent quality grip socks for sports. And the price is highly competitive when compared to other similar socks on the market.
