size s is too small n size m is too big, there is a big difference in sizes
I started off by ordering a medium, came to big for me, then I went a size down and got a small, and it was too small for me. Itβs like itβs really big then goes really small like half of the medium was a small

The socks gave me a blister on my run and I had to stop half way which was disappointing. It had been 38 days and I was wondering if I can get my money back on the long ones only. I bought two pairs. I have proof of the blisters

I never received my order.
My parcel has not been delivered, despite having contacted customer support. I received an email saying it had arrived, but the parcel was nowhere to be seen and I did not receive ANY proof that lead me to believe it had truly been delivered.

These socks are way bigger than advertised at 5-7. They are more like size 9 as they fit my feet. Would not recommend
Paid for express shipping in 2-4 business days and my order has still not arrived. Have sent emails and just get the same answer, itβs in transit with excuses that there are delays in shipping due to the current global situation but I can see that they arrived in WA on the 2nd March.
Have bought in the past but this will be the last time as I will buy another brand next time
The worst customer service Iβve ever had. Terrible communication, awful service and a shocking delivery timeline. Over 2 months to get these shitty socks made for 3 dollars in China! Do not buy!!!
