Mini Shin Pads

I ordered socks with free mini shin pads before Christmas.
The shin pads were not sent with my order.
I have contacted Gain The Edge multiple times and been told I did not "select" the box to receive the free shin pads. There was and is no box on the Australian website to select this option. I have provided multiple screenshots and proof of this and I'm still being told they "can't " send them out and that it is my fault for not ticking a box that did not and does not exist. Clearly a shoddy Australian website that is not up to the UK standard.
Very poor customer service with people clearly not taking the time to read my previous emails and look at photos before asking me the same questions again.
Nearly 3 months later it is still not resolved and they obviously have no intention of honouring what was offered when I made my purchase. To not admit their mistake or even just send the shin pads to resolve the problem is completely unacceptable. Don't offer promotions if you don't intend to honour them. It's a scam!!
Avoid at all costs, it's been a nightmare from start to finish, buy from elsewhere.

The shin pads came in good time and were really good size and quality
